What is included in my translation?
A signed certificate of accuracy, the translator’s affidavit sworn before a notary public, and digital delivery.
How does per-document pricing work?
Each document has its own first-page price. Standard delivery is CAD $35.00 for the first page, plus CAD $29.00 per additional page of that same document. Your quote includes the complete breakdown.
How are turnaround times counted?
Turnaround times count business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding Ontario statutory holidays, Toronto time). Orders paid after 6 pm, on weekends or on holidays start at 9 am on the next business day.
Can I get a quote before uploading?
Yes. Enter your page count, languages and turnaround in the quote form. You can also upload your files to help identify the page count. Review your details before ordering.
How do I pay?
Payment on the site is by Interac e-Transfer in CAD. Would you like a quote in BRL to pay by Pix in Brazil? Contact us on WhatsApp or by email. Credit and debit cards are not currently accepted.
Will my translation be accepted?
For IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) applications, every translation is prepared in line with IRCC translation requirements: it includes the translator’s affidavit sworn before a notary public and a copy of the original document. Our translations have already been part of hundreds of successful immigration applications.
For other institutions (universities, professional bodies, courts or foreign authorities), requirements can vary. Check with the receiving institution, or contact us and we’ll help you confirm.
How can I track my order?
Open the tracking portal with your secure order code and the email address from your order. You can see updates and download delivered files. Track your order.
